I keep a log all of my training on Garmin Connect and most of my running and cycling on Strava but thought that since I’ve got a blog I should probably make some posts about what I get up to in between events, I’ll be writing weekly reviews of my training and anything else interesting I’ve got going on so this page should be a sort of holding area for those posts.
